Il est impossible de vous répondre ici.... sans connaître votre situation financière et fiscale! Vous devez commencer par faire un bilan patrimonial qui permettra de déterminer l'incidence fiscale de tel ou tel investissement.
Votre situation patrimoniale et personnelle doit être prise en compte aussi dans votre réflexion (Êtes-vous locataire? quelle est votre situation familiale? quel est votre âge? etc... ).
Par ailleurs, en ce qui concerne les investissements locatifs, plusieurs possibilités vous sont offertes au travers des différentes lois de défiscalisation.
je vous conseille donc de rencontrer un consultant en stratégie patrimonial (indépendant!!).
Vous pouvez déjà commencer par consulter la rubrique "Impôts 2009" sur le site de la caverne d'Ali Baba. Qui sait, peut-être y découvrirez vous des informations supplémentaires.
